"What can I expect to pay to have you sell my home?"
Our Choose Your Commission plan has a variable commission rate based on how the transaction occurs, NOT OUR LEVEL OF SERVICE. We are not an a la carte type broker. In other words, we don't have a base fee, then an add on for a lockbox, an add on for flyers, virtual tours, websites, etc. You get it ALL! One of the most common questions we get when we list a home is asking us to explain how our commission structure works. In the past, it was pretty straightforward at a standard rate of 6%. While that rate is still the most common today, it's not the only option you have. Our rates start at 0%!
"What if someone on your team sells my home?"
Its not nearly as common as most people think but, it does happen. With virtually every agent in town, you'll still pay the full 6%. However if someone on the Austin A Plus Homes Team sells your home, we offer you a significant discount on the transaction.
"What happens if I find the buyer, do I still owe you the full commission?"
Nope, you don't owe us the full commission. As a matter of fact, this is where you can save the most money. If you're having a chat with a neighbor and mention that your home is on the market and they know someone that wants to buy it, get ready to start saving!
